Refund policy

Build Your Baskets strives to ensure that all baskets are accurate and made with care. Build Your Baskets will not be able to accept any refunds of items. If there is an error on our part, Build Your Baskets will be more than happy to exchange your item and provide shipping cost. Please return all unopened items to Build Your Baskets. Once we have received your item, Build Your Baskets will ship a new basket to you.

It is our effort to accurately display products as best as possible on our website. However, the colors and images will depend on several factors such as your monitor and its settings. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that shipped products will appear exactly the same as the image you see displayed on the website.

In the event of a typographical error on our part for any personalized items, we will be more than happy to exchange the product. Our customer service department must be contacted within 48 hours of receiving your order in order to replace or exchange your gift.

The basket must be returned within the original packaging with no visible signs of use of products for us to accept the return.
