Payment

By ordering products from this Website, you authorize Build Your Baskets, LLC and its agents or other credit card processing vendors to charge your credit card for the applicable fees. We have the right to refuse to accept or fulfill any order upon reasonable notice.

Pricing

Unless otherwise specifically indicated, all prices on the Website are in United States dollars, or in the currency of the country to which you request that the product you are ordering is to be shipped, as applicable. Any applied service fees will be posted in your cart at the time of checkout prior to purchase.

Order Tracking

Your gift is being prepared and shipped with care. You will receive an order confirmation and shipment confirmation. If we have any questions or need clarification, we will reach out to you. Please respond as soon as possible so your order will not be delayed. A shipment confirmation email will be provided once your gift has been shipped. Once your gift has left our store, you will receive a tracking number that you can track your package.

Please note we are working hard to get your gift processed and shipped to you. However, due to current government and healthcare guidelines that are in place for shipping, it may take additional time to receive your gift. Please allow additional 3 to 5 days for processing and shipping time. Thank you for your patience!

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order scheduled for pickup from Build Your Baskets, please contact the local store that will be servicing your order within 24 hours of placing the order.

Your order will be processed within 48 hours of order received to ensure that your gift is delivered as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed for shipping or pickup, we will be unable to cancel or make changes to your order. If you need to make changes to your order, please call customer services as soon as possible.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, at this time we cannot ship. However, in the near future, Build Your Baskets will be providing shipping internationally.
